Aerial America

When watching the Smithsonian Channel Plus on the Roku Channel, I ran across an episode with no narration. Aerial America: Arkansas. I contacted the Smithsonian channel who directed me back here and said they would put in a report but I need Roku to fix the episode. I've power cycled, tried updates, etc. Nothing changes.
