There are two reasons a channel that appears on the web site won't appear on your device. The first is that your device isn't supported by that channel. I have no idea what the requirements might be for Fiton. Their web site doesn't include any restrictions of requirements, but many times channels won't work on some devices, especially older ones.
The other reason is that you are located somewhere the company (Fiton) has not enabled the channel to be available. Many Roku channel developers place geographical restrictions on their channel, and if you are not within an approved location the channel will not install on your device, even though you've added it via the web site.
Only Fiton can provide an answer to those two. Roku cannot alter the settings that a channel developer creates in the channel store for location availability. And only Fiton can say for certain it their channel is compatible with your Roku.
