Adding a channel

I'm trying to add the Roku mirror app.  I keep getting the message that I'm not signed in but I am.  I've tried signing out and changing my password but I still get the message that I can't add the channel because I'm not signed in.  Any thoughts?

Can you please clarify the issue that you are experiencing? Are you trying to add the Roku mobile app to your device, or are you trying to add a channel using the Roku mobile app?
