We cannot add Netflix back to our new tv without a pin required. We tried creating one and it did not work. We also opted to not have a pin required when adding channels and it still requires a pin. How can we get this fixed so we can add Netflix back? Thank you for any help you can provide.

We have the exact same issue with Prime video I can't believe Roku has not fixed us since 2017
