I have been trying to add the week of free HBO using Ruku. When sign in using my Ruku designated e-mail and password but I consistently get the message that "this e-mail is already been used sign in with another e-mail". Not sure whey this is occurring.
Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? When are you seeing this notification? How are you access HBO? Are you viewing it in The Roku Channel or directly through the channel from the provider?
