Add non-certified channel to device

When I told you add a non-certified channel it tells me I need to add a device to my account first I don't understand what it means I have to add a device to my account I've tried everything

It's not clear what you're trying to do, but it may be you're trying to add a channel that isn't supported on any model of Roku that is currently linked to your account.  Some newer channels won't run on older Rokus.

Are you trying to add the non-certified channel through the website or on your Roku device? Do you currently have a Roku device linked to your Roku account?
