Hello. I would like to know what the status is of adding HBO Max & Peacock to the Roku store. I own 3 Roku devices, including a TCL 65" TV, and I am VERY frustrated by your refusal to give me the services I paid for. I bought Roku devices because of your promise to be a neutral service, clearly that is no longer the case. If you are not adding these services in the immediate future than I expect a full refund on all 3 my Roku devices as they are unable to meet me needs as originally promised.

Roku has never made any such promise. Yes, it's frustrating for users that want those two channels. But if you check all the different streaming players available, you will find that there is no one player that supports "everything". You will find that many people use more than one streaming device, with the Shield, Apple TV, Fire TV and Roku as the four main players. The Shield comes closest to being the one in all, but even it falls short for some users with some streaming providers.
