Add Channel page Broken

My customers have reported that they are unable to add my channel due to a JS error on your addchannel page. Ex: https://my.roku.com/account/add?channel=xxx .

 

If you right click and pull up the pages's debugger, this shows theres an error of 'this.captcha is undefined'.

 

Can we get this fixed please?

Thanks for sharing this report.

- Where are these specific customers located, based on their IP address? (Not all regions support adding channels via the Roku Channel Store online.) 

- Which browser and version and they using when they encounter an error? Does the same issue occur in a different browser?

- What is the exact behavior they see on screen?
