Active Duty Military stationed overseas - Channel Availability?

Hello there, I recently bought a Roku Ultra for my wife, but I'm not able to download most channels. I know it's because I'm currently stationed in Germany, living on base and some apps aren't available here. However, we have had this issue before with apps like Hulu on our computer and all we had to do was contact the company and let them know our situation and give them our IP address and they allowed us to download and use the apps. Any way we can get in contact with Roku support and receive the same help?

Channel availability/access on Roku devices will vary from region to region. A Roku device will work in any location, however, channels may not be available on your device in that location, based on each channel provider's discretion. For more information, you'd want to contact any specific channel/service provider to inquire further about whether they offer their channel/service on the Roku platform in your region.
