Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
I'm not personally experienced with those channels. Are they stand-alone subscriptions, or do they require service via a cable or satellite account? If it's a cable account, often those require your device (such as a Roku) to be connected to the company network via your home connection. So are you on your home network with the Roku?
