Activation of channel

When I add Bravo and try the activation key given it will not work when I put it in the on line activation. Same with NBC. It says key is not valid or expired. How do I resolve this issue

I'm not personally experienced with those channels. Are they stand-alone subscriptions, or do they require service via a cable or satellite account? If it's a cable account, often those require your device (such as a Roku) to be connected to the company network via your home connection. So are you on your home network with the Roku?
