Activating Great Courses Account with Roku

My Great Courses Account says that my library of courses can be viewed on the ROKU Great Courses Channel, which I have installed. 

The Great Courses Account asks for an activation code with ROKU.   Where would I find or how would I generate that code?  The activation code which I used between roku and my device is not working.   I have tried my pin, which is not working.  

There is no guidance on either The Great Courses website or the ROKU website on how to make this connection.  

Would appreciate any help.   Is it possible to find a chat with roku or call a customer service number?

Do you know if you account is valid for the Great Courses or the Great Courses Plus channel?

If you are having issues authenticating your account, we would recommend reaching out Great Courses support as they would best be able to assist you. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
