Roku sent email acknowledging our new subscription to Acorn. But still not able to access Acorn via Roku channel. Roku has no customer support at this time. Roku support page says to email questions to them but nowhere is their email address given. This old lady very frustrated. Any ideas???

There are at least two different ways (there may be more) to subscribe to and watch Acorn using a Roku device. You can subscribe directly to Acorn and then load the Acorn channel as a tile on to the Roku menu to watch Acorn, or you can subscribe to Acorn THROUGH the Roku channel and then load the "Acorn on the Roku Channel" tile onto the Roku menu to watch Acorn. They are two different ways to subscribe and each is a different subscription! I'm guessing you subscribed using one method and then loaded the wrong channel on to your Roku menu. You just have to search for the right one and load that one.
