Acorn will load on my Roku device, and I am able to select an episode to watch. If it's one I've seen before, I get the usual choice to resume or start play from the beginning. I select, play from the beginning, and it looks like the show is loading, but the screen pops back to the one with the option to resume or start from the beginning.
I've tried deleting the channel, restarting the Roku device and adding the channel back, but it's no use - the same thing happens.
I have appealed to Acorn for help but got none.

In order for us to further investigate this issue, we will need more information. Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-provide us with a specific title that you see this issue occur with
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-exact steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate team to look into futher.
