Accessing VUDU

I just purchased my Roku express and finished getting it set up, When I try and set up my login and password for VUDU it keeps telling me the credentials do not match. 

I am sitting at my computer at the same time and typing in the same login info and it works just fine.

Any Ideas?

For more information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact VUDU support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Do you use special characters in your password or user ID?
