Trying to install Prime Video on Roku. When selecting Prime Video Channel in Roku I do not get a "sign in" option, only a purchase Prime Option. I went to Roku channel store, selected Prime Video, signed into Roku and forced update..nothing. Any suggestions?

Have you tried removing Prime Video from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restarting your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, adding the channel back once more.
