Accessing Disney+ subscribed through Roku on other devices?


I subscribed to Disney+ through Roku. Is there a way to access the content on other devices, such as my laptop? When I try to log in on the Disney+ website, it does not recognise my (email) account. I cannot find any information on this on Google or this forum.

As a general rule, if you subscribe to a video service through some platform (such as Roku) then only devices of that same type will work (ie: any Roku or Roku TV on the same Roku account in this case).  If you want to use multiple platforms, it is usually best to create an account at the video service and then login into that account on each platform.
