Access to acorn channel on a 2nd roku stick

I just got a second stick for a second TV. All of my channels transferred except for a Acorn. It’s asking me for an email and password and it says neither of the ones I put in exist, it says my email does not exist, it is the same email I have used for other channels. Why won’t it work?

Did you sign up for Acorn through your Roku, or did you sign up directly on the acorn.tv website? If the latter, can you login there?

Also note that on my Acorn subscription it says it is only valid for one stream at a time. So far we've been able to stream to both sets at the same time, but there are no guaranatees.

I have a Acorn subscription through Roku. I’m paying for it but can’t access.
