Access to Amazon

Whenever I order an Amazon product Roku tells me that "Success, Your device is registered .  Your Roku is linked to your Amazon account."  Then I am prompted to "HOME" and cannot grt an Amazon product,  Amazon staff say Amazon is not linked to Roku.  This happens on both my Roku TV and stick for different TVs

Thanks for the inquiry.

Can you please clarify what the issue is that you are experiencing? Are you trying to purchase content on the Amazon Prime channel? Are you logged into the Amazon Prime channel with your Amazon account?

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted.

This is happening to me too. I deleted the app, restarted, reinstalled, re-registered my account, and whenever I select a program to watch is says “Success! Your device is registered” and takes me back to the prime video home screen.
