AV mismatch: LAX video shows with Dead Zone audio Season 5 Episode 3. How to fix?

Doesn't matter which TV I use, the wrong video shows with audio from the show I wanted to watch, Dead Zone season 5, episode 3. The video title was LAX, so I stopped watching until someone lets me know the problem has been fixed.

Now it's worse! Wrong audio and video. They match, but neither are Dead Zone season 5, episode 3. Whatever show is posted, the written titles showed LAX and Crash. Should be Dead Zone, episode title Panic.
