ATT tv now app won't connect

the app allows me only to "watch now"- when i click 'down' it sends me back to the roku home screen. i have tried: restarting the roku; restarting the app; deleting then re-adding the channel.... any other suggestions? would like to avoid an hour on hold/the phone with ATT.....

Same problem here. Only lets me watch what's live on HBO. When I try anything the app crashes

I’m having the same issue.  I tried everything you mentioned.  Nothing worked.  But,   I figured out that If I’m quick enough with the arrow buttons I’m able to avoid being routed back to the Roku home screen.  Definitely a glitch somewhere.

Second day still the same problem. I'm just wondering if the APP is no longer supported? It wasn't great but HBO worked and is mainly what I watched. I'm not a fan of streaming to Chromecast so hope this get resolved soon.  Since no response here I'm guessing contacting AT&T is the only option.

Thanks for the posts.

Please make sure when removing a channel, that you restart the device before adding it back again.

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to AT&T channel support directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.

I did as Danny Suggested and removed the channel

restarted the Roku

reinstalled the channel and the same crash occurs.

My understanding is if I remove the channel I can't get it back because HBO on At&t TV is no longer offered. Is this true?

Good to know you were able to reinstall. I read due to no agreement for HBO Max, that only those who already had it could use it.

Thank you, that worked for me. Down arrow then quick right arrow gets you into other menus.  Great work around until it's fixed
