AT&TTV App login issue

My AT&TTV app login on my ROKU devices is not working. Have tried calling at&t techs, changed password, changed user id, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted thd rokus and had numerous conversations with at&t. Three days now and still can't log in. My login infor works fine on my phone and pc for at&ttv app. Any suggestions?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
