AT&T TV APP

I can not get the AT&T app to sink up to one of my devices.  I have tried updating the Roku Stick, unlinking it and then setting it back up but nothing works.  I can't even find it in the Chanel Store but only on this device.  Any advice?

Go to Settings > System > About

What model and model number is the problem unit?

Does the account's email address shown agree with the email address shown on the units without the problem?
