How can I get AMC through Roku Premier.....if possible?

Assuming you mean the AMC cable channel, not the AMC movie theater channel ..

As far as I can tell AMC does not have a separate stand alone streaming service to which you can subscribe.  Instead they are a "TV Everywhere" channel that requires you to be subscribed to a paid provider that carries AMC. 

With a qualifying cable or satellite subscription you can install the AMC channel app to your Roku and log into it using your cable/satellite credentials.  

Or you can subscribe to one of several streaming services that carry AMC.  Ones I know of are Philo, fubo tv , Sling, and YouTube TV, there may be others.
