AMC app installed on-line, confirmed successful, and can’t see it activated on tv using cox cable.

AMC app was added to my roku channels. When I clicked on the app, I was given a code to activate the app with my internet provider. Followed the on-line steps added the code, found Cox cable, and the on-line screen indicated the app has been activated.
When I went to launch the app on my roku, I was given the screen to activated the app. once again. Did that several times. I have had no other issues with activating a Roku app using Cox cable, and then launching it using roku on my tv. What do I do next, or what did I do incorrectly!

Thanks for the inquiry.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?
