When removing the channel, please make sure to restart your Roku device before adding the channel back again.
If you are still experiencing an issue, I'd recommend reaching out to AMC directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the AMC channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
In the meantime, please feel free to provide the following information so we can pass it along to the appropriate team to investigate further:
-Roku device model
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
I tried removing and reinstalling NBC app but NBC shows are still unwatchable. I tried streaming NBC shows from NBC website via Chromebook and HDMI cable to the same TV set and it works with no problem so the problem is with the ROKU streaming stick and some recent update that rendered it incompatible with NBC streaming. ABC streams OK via ROKU.

Please be aware that we are still investigating the root cause for why this happened.
We would first recommend trying removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
