ACCURADIO Channel lost functionality. No image/ No fast forward

Running Roku OS 9.2

The Accuradio channel no longer show the album cover for the song being played..  There is no longer a fast forward function.  Just music.  Use to see the album image and be able to forward to next song.  Anyone having the same problem?

What model Roku are you having the problem with? Not just the name, but the model number. Roku likes to keep reusing names on different hardware. Smiley Happy

I use 2 different Roku Players - the 4K Premier and Roku 3 HD player and the accuradio app has the same issue.  No controls or media content shows up on 1st song played.  Everything loads properly after 2nd song.  Issue reoccurs when I switch music playlist or genre's.  Are they going to fix the app - this has been going on well over a year already?

You have to ask Accuradio. They are the ones responsible for the channel. Roku does not develop or support any channel for online providers. They only provide The Roku Channel and Roku Media Player.
