I have consistently had the same problem with the ABC app on a Roku 3. My provider is Mediacom. Roku, Mediacom, and ABC all continually pass the buck to each other when I contact them. I wrote to Roku numerous times to explain this and ask that they coordinate with Mediacom and ABC, all for naught. Roku doesn't seem to care about keeping its customers satisfied.
