A&E Will not load properly and it just goes back to the Home Screen what should I do?

My A&E app will not load on ANY of our Roku TVs or the Roku express units. Internet has a strong connection. What should I do

       Remove the channel then reinstall it. Your Roku or Internet has nothing to do with it. Contact A&E directly since it is a third party app not managed or controlled by Roku.

After removing the channel you should restart the Roku to clear its memory and cache before reinstalling the channel.

Settings > System > System restart,

or for Roku TV: Settings > System > Power > System restart
