I bought the Roku 4k stick and installed the rakuten app, purchased a UHD movie but it doesnt seem to be playing in 4k. I have a Panasonic oled 2017 model, and I understand the tvs built in rakuten app will not play 4k movies on my model, so I thought I'd buy the stick. The Roku stick is definitely displaying in 4k, I know this because the channel info is showing 2160p and 60hz but the film I'm watching just doesn't look 4k. I'm wondering in rakuten just doesn't like my model TV full stop ether it's through the TV app or the Roku stick. Any ideas anyone? Thanks
