YouTube TV activation: How to find and enter code

I have a problem on one of my Roku units that is required me to enter a code every time I open the YouTube app.. what could be causing that ?

We catch that you were required to enter a code when you want to stream on the Youtube channel. For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
