I have a wireless doorbell camera for a year, about every 2 to 3 days get error message to trouble shoot ,cant load . I have to uninstall app, reinstall, then its ok . Had my wife on account as well, she could access it one time ,then 2nd attempt a few minutes later, get the error, she finally quit using it and dont have app on her phone any longer. Problem is , it says check wi-fi, my router,doorbell and camera are within 20 feet of each other. Roku support tries to say its my problem, but i changed internet providers and modem, then replaced router , also i tried 2 different phones , then the 3rd phone ,my wifes all have same problem, I have 100 mg fiber to house, no streaming problems with anything , 3 Roku streaming sticks, 2 laptops, 2 tablets, not all on at once, but with everything turned off except my cell phone, either on wi-fi or on 5G cell , still shows error. So Roku quit pointing the finger at my side and fix your problem
