Wirefree doorbell not recording video despite subscription

I have done everything your searches have suggested--rebooted phone, deleted/reinstalled app, checked settings, and I have the screen shot to prove I have a subscription that does not expire until next January. yet, my doorbell app has stopped recording video. Says motion, but is only an image.

There is nowhere on the app to check for a firmware update. And, when I check the events section to make sure motion is turned on, I get an error and it stays turned off. 

How can I fix this?

Can you share the error message that you're getting? Any photo would be appreciated!

In the meantime, try to setup the Doorbell again and see if the issues will be resolved.
