my camera
is working and recording, but I cannot view. The live stream just keeps trying to load or will not let me turn it on and off on the app. I have deleted the camera clear the catch on the app and even re-downloaded the app and still can’t get no live stream
I purchased one of these cameras it worked great for a week now it doesn't. It will send me motion notifications but will not allow me to view live footage in the smart home app. I've moved this camera from one room to another where I have had one before and it still doesn't work. Repetitive code 20. I've done multiple hard resets my app is up to date I've even completely reset up the camera multiple times... I have 2 more of these cameras and they both work fantastic...
Same issue. Also it's throwing an error -20, and the support provided steps to fix that error are not working
I'm having the same issue with my indoor camera. Code -20.
I've tried all the troubleshooting steps provided by Roku for that error code, and none of it worked.
Same! I have unplugged and deleted and reinstalled device and still no luck. Camera is picking up events no problem but can’t view live.
Same issue here!
Everything else works. Power to camera and it's even recording to the SD Card, etc.
But I can't view the live stream. Getting Error Code -20.
Also can't view live stream on Roku Camera channel on my Roku on my HDTV.
Same here.
I even deleted the device and then deleted the app, the reinstalled the app and rescanned the device and still no live stream, just error code -20.

Actually, like 10 or 20 minutes after I made those posts, the live stream started working for me so never mind.
Thank you for replying though.
Everybody else in the thread check to see if you can view the live stream on your device because I think they fixed it.
