Why are my cameras not recording just taking pictures??

Why is my back door camera that is outside not recording just taking and saving pictures of motion I have all the settings correct I believe because it was working properly the other day

Unless you pay for  the monthly cloud service, you can not access recordings on your phone app. You must install SD cards, and then download to a computer to see recordings on the card. Only still shots can be viewed from the phone app on SD card. This is a big negative to the ROKU camera system. I did not know this and ROKU does not put this issue out there to find real easy. Had I known this, I would have not bought 3 cameras.
