We appreciate you reaching us about having an issue with the live feed of your camera. We're here to help.
This is most likely due to the Night Vision lens getting stuck halfway when activated.
Here are the steps you can try:
- On the livestream page verify press the night vision button above the the right corner of the livestream.
- If it started as "On," turn it to "Off." If started as "Off" turn it to "On". If on Auto change to on or off depending on if the room is Dark (Off) or Light (On).
- Restart the camera.
- Camera page > settings > Restart Device
- Power cycle the device by unplugging it from the power source and plugging it back in.
