Roku wired doorbell getting notifications of motion but cannot view video on play back

My Roku wired doorbell at first was working great getting notifications and being able to replay video but recently I wasn't getting notifications so I reset the device several times now I get notifications but I cannot see the video or play it back!! Any help?
