I have a Base Station with four outdoor SE wireless cameras connected to it. They all worked beautifully but I wanted an additional camera so I purchased another outdoor camera and base. After several attempts to get the app to recognize the second base instead of constantly having me name what ended up being my first base, everything connected fine.
Then I woke up this morning and all of the cameras on the first base were off. The base light was and still is a solid blue. The camera with the new base was the only one on. I tried to fix the problem with the cameras on the first base by disconnecting the second base and deleting it hoping everything would at least go back to the way it was with one base. That did not work although one camera worked for a little while, then no longer even though the app says it is "on." So I tried the pin hole reset on the first base. Nothing changed. All cameras under their individual settings showed they were checked to the 'on' position although the app said only the same one was on and the other three were off. I checked the settings on all of the cameras and the detection zones had all moved to zero. I moved them up, rechecked them and they had all moved back to zero again.
What happened and how do I fix this?
