Roku Indoor Camera SE (CS1000X) error "there's no route path or device model"

My Roku indoor camera se model CS1000X keeps giving error message, "there's no route path or device model" when I'm trying to set it up. I can't get past the initial update of firmware. I've done all the steps you say to do and it's still not downloading the update. I see the error message as soon as the camera says setup complete.

We'd like to take a closer look into this issue.

Let's see if this works for you.

  1. Ensure that the Roku Smart Home app is up to date.
  2. Log out and log back into the app.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
  4. Factory reset the camera

If the issue continues, provide us with the following:

  • Make and model of the router
  • Device ID
  • Device firmware version
  • App version
  • Log ID: (pull up your Roku Smart Home app home page > select Account > Roku Support > Submit a Log)
