My Roku indoor camera se model CS1000X keeps giving error message, "there's no route path or device model" when I'm trying to set it up. I can't get past the initial update of firmware. I've done all the steps you say to do and it's still not downloading the update. I see the error message as soon as the camera says setup complete.
