As @renojim said, there is no direct way to block individual users on the Roku Smart Home app; however, you can manage access to your Roku account by changing your password.
How to change your password or email:
- Go to Account information in your Roku account
- Enter a new password or email and confirm the new password or email (you'll need to enter your current password as well)
- Select 'Save changes'
