All of my cameras have motion detection on!  All cameras were fully charged. have an active subscription on all cameras! I I have the latest firmware. I've followed all of the instructions and my cameras are still only taking images. Please provide the correct information to correct this. Instead of only posting one trouble shooting option in your reply, please post ALL troubleshooting options. Nothing posted in this community has been helpful. Also I deserve a discount for over a week since I have not had any videos coming in just images. I've never had these issues with RING and thought I would try Roku but not getting what I paid for is becoming increasingly frustrating.

Could you please try to uninstall and re-install the app? Let's see if that would make any difference.
