Hi @QueenOtisa,

Greetings from the Roku Community, and thanks for the inquiry!

We understand you want to know when the recordings will be deleted from your cloud. We're happy to assist you. Each time your smart home camera or video doorbell detects motion or sound, it captures a video clip and saves it as an event recording. When you purchase a Roku Smart Home Subscription, an event recording is stored in the cloud for 14 days, but you can also choose to back it up simultaneously to a micro SD card in case the internet connection is lost. Without a subscription, an event recording is stored as a single image, but you can also choose to back up a video recording to a micro SD card. An event recording stored in the cloud can be accessed from the Roku Smart Home mobile app. To view an event recording backed up on a micro SD card, you must remove the card and connect it to your computer.

If there's anything else that we can do to assist you, please keep us posted.

Best regards,
John
