Indoor camera will NOT enter setup mode

Have setup 8 or so other indoor cameras without trouble over the past 2 or 3 months.  1 just 2 hours ago.  But have 2 others to setup and neither one will even respond to the setup button when pressed.  They power led is always solid red.

 

There is nothing wrong with my wifi network. All other cameras are working fine.  This is definitely a hardware issue.

Any assistance would be great.

Thanks for reaching out! Looks like the Roku Indoor Cameras won't enter setup mode, and we'll try to resolve this.

Let's try to do these steps to see if it helps.

  1. Power cycle the Cameras by unplugging them from the power source and plugging them back in after several seconds.
  2. Then, press and hold the setup button until you hear the "Ready to connect" sound.
