Hello i have the same problem. Setup button doesn’t work, i see no LED light either.

Same problem, lights & sensor work, camera doesn't act like its getting any power, setup doesn't work, no status led, tried all suggestions. DOA out of box but bought in May & didn't install until late July

So frustrating. I ended up reaching out to their Facebook page. They dm after their auto response. They sent me a new one. Hope that helps!

Camera Floodlight not working

Hey everyone,

If your Roku Floodlight Camera isn't working as expected, here's what to try:

  • Update Firmware: Make sure your Roku Smart Home app and both the Floodlight and Camera firmware are up-to-date.

  • Check Wi-Fi:

    • Verify other devices can connect to the same Wi-Fi network.
    • Check Wi-Fi signal strength. If it's weak (below 3 bars), try moving your router closer to the Floodlight.
  • Check Wiring: Ensure all connections are secure, including the wire connecting the camera to the floodlight.

  • Power Cycle:

    • Flip the breaker to the "OFF" position.
    • Wait 5-10 seconds.
    • Flip the breaker back to the "ON" position.
  • Factory Reset the Camera:

    • Remove any microSD card.
    • Press and hold the setup button on the camera for 10 seconds.
    • Wait at least 30 seconds for the camera to initialize.
    • The LED status light will change from Solid Red to Flashing Red.
    • Re-set up the camera.
