My doorbell camera will not charge

Try these steps and see if it helps:

• Use a different charging cable (it’s a Micro USB plug type).

• Plug the charger into a different power outlet.

• Check the status light while charging:

  • Solid White means it’s charging.

  • Solid Blue means it’s fully charged.

• If it's still not charging, try resetting the doorbell and give it another shot.
