Cameras will not reconnect to new Wi-Fi

When we got new internet service we followed every direction to a T, went in the app and deleted them, factory reset them, and the show a red Light and will not scan the new code...its been over a month and still won't work! HELP!!!

Greetings from the Roku Community!

If your Roku camera isn't connecting to Wi-Fi, try restarting both the camera and your router, ensuring the camera is within 10 feet of the router, and verify your phone/tablet is connected to the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network during setup.
