What stops a person from signing onto my camera on there own Roku account?

Can you please clarify your inquiry? In order for a camera to be linked to another Roku account, the camera would need to be factory reset and then re-activated. In addition, to view a Roku Smart Home device, a user would need to have access to the Roku account that the Smart Home device is linked to.
