Share with us some details:

  • Model of the camera
  • What is the specific error?
  • Does the error occur upon opening the app, viewing the live stream, or watching the event recordings?
  • What is the latest version of the Roku Smart Home app on your phone?

Let's see if this works for you:

  1. Ensure that your camera is not way too far from the router.
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the app
  3. Restart the Camera
  4. Restart your router
