Overnight, my camera suddenly lost connection. I've tried to reconnect numerous times and it's just not working. I've removed the camera from the app and readded it and it does so successfully but then it still gives me a -1 error. It was a -45 error previously but I've changed the wifi password, removed camera, logged out of application, even uninstalled the application and reinstalled. It's not working in app nor online.
When I do get it reconnected, it shows a preview in the app of the last thing it saw despite I've fully removed, renamed, signed out, all that. I simply can't get it to work. It installs in the app, it's connected to 2.4ghz wifi. I'm out of ideas.

I am experiencing the same.
Same issue. Various sites in various states.
Are you getting a Code: -1? I was getting a -45 error then restarted everything then it started with -1. I've done everything I can imagine to get this to work.
Restarted camera, app, removed camera from app, reinstalled app and readded camera. It seems to add the camera fine but it won't let me actually connect to it. Even going online to view it on laptop through browser, it just spins in a circle.
What's weird, is that I'm sitting here with the camera, still won't connect but I got a "Person detected" notification and it's me. It just won't let me connect.
We were getting the -1 code. Now it is working. They need a service down indicator so we do not panic delete our cams and stuff.
I'm still getting the -1 error. I'm still getting notifications but, that's it. Isn't Roku supposed to be a high tech company? I just bought this thing, is this the norm?
