Checked my router and DHCP had .43 as the last digits the app said .41 was the last digits. Changed to manual and entered .41 as the last digits for IP. still no live streaming. 

Model: CS1000X

Firmware ver. : 7.0.0 build 26-FD

When I go back to live everything is black and I need to reconnect to get a picture.

upload speed is 9.5 kb download speed is 15.5 kb

Changed to streaming priority on router still no live feed.

We understand that you're getting DHCP errors on the Roku Camera. We're here to help.

Please send us a screenshot of the error showing on the Roku Smart Home app.

In the meantime, try the following:

1. Restart your router
2. Uninstall and reinstall the app
3. Restart your camera
