I’ve got two Roku Smart Home cameras and both are covered under an active subscription. They used to record video just fine when motion was detected. But ever since I changed the detection zone settings, it only takes snapshots no more video clips no matter what I do.
I’ve tried :
Still stuck with photo-only events. Has anyone dealt with this or found a fix? Appreciate any help!

We understand that you're only getting images on the Roku Cameras cloud recording, and we're here to help.
Try to login with the Roku account to see if the two Roku cameras are included with your Smart Home device subscription. To check follow these steps:
Just check if your Smart Home devices have a checkmark—if they do, that means they're part of your subscription. If they don’t have a checkmark, you can easily add them to your subscription from there.
Important: If you add this to your subscription, it might change your plan based on what you have right now.
